How to do Maintenance for your CNC Router.
1. Water Pump for stone engraving machine ,cnc woodworking machine,wood cnc router,tombstone engraving ,need to change the clean water often and keep the clean and temperature for the water
to avoid block waterpipe up or spindle is working in high-temperature to make the spare parts damaged;
2. Ball screw,X,Y,Z axis,lead rail need to be cleaned after some working times and put lubricants .
Get rid of the faults:
1. One of X,Y,Z axis donot work ,please check the relative drive is ok or not ;
2. One of X,Y,Z axis is Out of Alignment or engrave wrong ,please inspect whether drive is ok or not ;
Check system or need to reinstall the system;Check whether axle for the machine is loosened ;whether
the engrave speed is too fast;Voltage is too low;check the weihong card;
3. Engraving words is deep and narrow , as the table is not flat ,please use the milling tool to make
the table flat and it is ok ;
4. Motor energy of machine is small ,please check whether there is dirty material in ball screw or bearing ,
only need to clean them and it is ok ;
5. Inverter make the opposite rotary ,please check whether the connected line is opposite ;
6. If after start the machine ,but there is no reply and machine doesnot work ,please check whether the
electric line is broken and whether the signal line is loosened ;
7. When engrave ,there is the limitation , you need to check whether the path size is exceed the engrave
area or in software ,the parameter setting is soft limitation.
