How to Maintain Our Flatbed UV printer,Let you Printing everyday without Problems .

After you Setup Our This UV flatbed printer as we told you on last Article.
So now i Believe you that it is working on our this printer.

But Let us To tell you how to Maintain it everyday . Because If you dont maintain, so It will worry printhead will be clog and take problems on your this UV Flatbed Printer.

01. Ensure that the environment around the UV flatbed printer is clean. (No Much dust, So ok)

02. Make Little Printing Job Everyday. ( every 24 hour , you better to check nozzle test, and make little prints job , keep uv ink will no clog printhead)

03. EveryTimes, When you Power off printer, Firstly to click Printer Square This big Power button. and wait 4 Second time , (Until Printhead has Return initial position). Then you click Small Round Power button to power off.

04. Keep Printer Ink bottle cover has already close when you work off printer.  (Because UV ink can not face sun,  If face Sun, so uv ink will be Solidification) 

Finally, Important is you need little printing job everyday, if you stock printer, and no work with printer, so Printhead will be clog, and take Troubles to Your on The Printhead.
