Then The Installer needs to Download this DVD For The Printer Maintop And Alignment Toos, Also inside has all full user manuals to set up the Printer Connecting with Computer, And Printhead, And Eco-solvent Inks.
 

01. When Customer Got Our Package, Don't Urgent to Install Printhead. Also, No urgent to Put Ink on the Printer.

You should be understood the User manual, What is correct steps to setup The Printer

02. Connect Net-Cable With Your Computer, Power On Printer 220V voltage.

Open Our DVD, And Open "tools Alignment Tool" Then Setup IP Address on the Atools, Click "Connects". If your IP Address is Filled in Correctly. So Atools Software will show you connection successfully.

03. Install Maintop Software. ( You can direct click Install file, so Computer will install the maintop To your Computer Automatically).

04. Open Maintop, Click File, Then Click Setup Printer, Then Click “Import" ICC Profile. After import ICC Profile, Then setup The Printer is for your works on the maintop.

05. After Done Above 4 Point, Please try to Put an image on maintop, click Maintop Print, If the maintop has already output printing data to Printer, and Printer head car is moving (Like Printing). So it is good, it means that your above 4 points all are installed correctly.

06. Install Epson Printhead To Our Large format Printer. （ When you install Install Head wires, Please keep sure that The Printhead wire "Up" Down" Left side" right side" all are correct install as Printer Marked.

07. Fill Eco-solvent Ink to Our This Large format Eco-solvent Printer. ( When you fill ink, please keep sure that all colors are correct put on the printer as Body marked color.

08. After you fill ink on the Printer, so Keep same that no turn on the printer. use a syringe to suck "Wast ink Pipe". If you suck Printer "Waste ink " Pipe. and it has Eco Solvent Ink out to "Wast ink pipe", so it is good, and you can start to Print Printhead Nozzle Line.  After print out Printhead Nozzle Line, see whether are good, If good Nozzle line, so your Printer has already finished installation, then you can start Put any image on the maintop, and Use Maintop Output all large format Banner Printing, Vinyl Printing.
